LT Scaffolding Ltd were appointed to provide a comprehensive scaffolding solution for the conversion of an old church into residential flats.
Due to the complexity and unique structure of the building, the project required a highly adaptable and multi-stage scaffolding system to support works safely and efficiently throughout the build.
The scaffolding package included a lift shaft scaffold, full safety netting, hand-railing to steep roof areas, a site hoist, Haki staircase access, and indoor supported handrails to ensure safe movement for all trades working within the building.
As the project progressed, numerous adaptations and alterations were carried out to accommodate the changing requirements of each trade at every stage of the conversion. This ensured continued safe access, uninterrupted workflow, and compliance with all health and safety standards from start to finish.

LT Scaffolding Ltd were commissioned to supply and erect scaffolding for a full re-roofing project on a block of residential flats in Mansfield.
The scaffold was constructed using system scaffolding, providing a strong, consistent structure suitable for large-scale roofing works. The design incorporated a loading bay to allow for the safe and efficient movement of materials to roof level, helping the roofing contractors maintain productivity throughout the project.
To enhance site safety and protect both operatives and the surrounding area, the scaffold was fitted with brick guards and rubbish chutes, ensuring controlled waste removal and compliance with health and safety requirements.

LT Scaffolding Ltd were appointed to supply and erect scaffolding for redecoration works at a site in Trafalgar Square, a busy central London location with high public footfall and vehicle traffic.
The project required careful planning to maintain safe access along a side road, ensuring vehicles could pass freely at all times while works were ongoing. The scaffold was erected on a public highway, requiring full compliance with local authority requirements, appropriate permits, and comprehensive insurance coverage.
To protect both operatives and members of the public, the scaffold was fitted with double boarding and full safety netting, providing additional containment and enhanced safety in a live public environment.

LT Scaffolding Ltd were appointed to design, supply, and erect a complex scaffolding solution to support re-roofing, external works, and window and guttering replacement at the Barnsley Street Neighbourhood Mental Health Centre, Stepney Green. The project formed part of the wider Cudworth Estate, Bethnal Green Regeneration Programme, delivered for Look Ahead in partnership with East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT).
The building presented a highly complex structure, with multiple roof heights and varying levels throughout. Due to the scope of the roofing works, no scaffolding was permitted to bear on or touch the roof areas, requiring extensive use of beams, bridged sections, and bespoke support arrangements. This resulted in numerous adjustments and reconfigurations as works progressed, ensuring safe access was maintained without compromising the roof structures.
The project was delivered in three distinct stages, with each phase completed, dismantled, and then re-erected in a new location to suit the next stage of works. This phased approach allowed the refurbishment to progress efficiently while minimising disruption to the operational mental health facility.
To support planning, coordination, and client approvals, a detailed 3D scaffold design and render was produced, clearly illustrating scaffold positioning, load paths, and access arrangements across the site.
